5th March 2010. My birthday at Hong Kong!
BenBen surprised me with a lovely Birthday card early in the morning! So sweet of him =) Small gesture but I was touched nevertheless. (in the end he told me I dun have to pay him back for the HK hotel cuz it'l be his bday present for me @.@)
We left our hotel at 11++am and decided to roam the morning streets of Mong Kok, hoping to find some authentic HK breakfast!
Took MTR to 旺角Mong Kok from our 尖沙咀Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Was only about 3 stops away!
We exited from the exit that most people exits from, hopefully that exit will bring us to somewhere happening with good food. (this is indeed a mouthful of 'exits')
Oh well, we did found a tea house and had breakfast there. We had Maggie mee, which was also lovingly called by the HK ppl, 公仔面. Also had some egg tarts which just came out from the oven, but not very delicious i should say... Plus toasts and milk tea. I dun really like HK's milk tea. Abit too bitter for my liking. But i m addicted to milk tea in general so i still had that for almost every meal.
BenBen's arty-farty shots of Hong Kong's street.
We saw an ambulance skivving and i pushed BenBen to snap a pic with it! BenBen's from Civil Defence when he was in NS, so when Liting ordered for a fireman stripper for her Hen Party, i volunteered BenBen's fireman uniform. Muahahahahah! Just the uniform without the man.
Next time when we go abroad we shall psycho Alice to come with us... so that she can take photos for us. Kekekeke, just like how LT and WK bluffed Anne to go abroad with them like that.
What a happy name street!
Scandal magazines were sold all over the news-stands of Hong Kong's street. This one i was holding have a naked man on it!
Happy holiday people! Cuz that day was my birthday! Yipeeee!
I did gel manicure! With acrylic ribbons! WOoohoooOo, its pretty, and only cost me S$32. Muahahahahaha, cheap but i know my poor nails are dying underneath.
We left ShenZhen at around 7pm and headed straight to 女人街 in Hong Kong!We were exhausted, and our shopping bags were dragging us down, but we still succumbed to temptations to do more shopping.
We saw the Ice Cream Van when we attempted to walk to Mong Kok Station. Muahahah, and BenBen treated me to one!
Caught in action.
In the end i didn't really like the taste of it. Its too creamy. Too much cream and too little ice. If you get what i meant....
After that walk we decided to head back to our hotel. Trust me, i couldn't feel my feet at all. So painful!!!!!!
