Just a day at BKK

Just a day at Bangkok, Thailand.

8.15am: Rise & shine! Woke up and remembered I was in Baiyoke Boutique, Bangkok. Weee! Hurry go bathe!

8.30am: Great morning shower! Now to slap on my facial products and get ready to face the day's [read: shopping] challenges!

8.32am: Searched for my Ettusais Acne T-Zone Oil Block Gel in my Hello Kitty pouch. Its oil free, colorant free and non-comedogenic. This will keep my face fresh and oil-less the whole day!




8.33am: Just squeeze a lil on my palm and spread it on my T-zone! Applied it after my moisturizer and sunscreen. Hrmm, I like the minty smell.





8.47am: All made-up and ready to go!





8.58am: Left Baiyoke Boutique and headed to my favourite pork rice stall. So hungry!




9.00am: Pork rice here i come!

9.15am: Here comes my favourite pork rice! Super fattening, super oily and super yummy!

9.45am: Hitched on a taxi and headed to Chatuchak Weekend Market with BenBen. Just 100BHT = SGD$4.30 for the journey. How i wished cabs in SG are that cheap everyday. Boo...

10.33am: Time seemed to pass slowly. Maybe it was the weather. I was sweating like a pig inside! Thought my make-up would be ruined because of the heat, but surprisingly it stayed in place! Must be my Ettusais Acne T-Zone Oil Block Gel working its magic. My face has is not shiny at all!

10.57am: Found the pets section in JJ Market and grabbed a handful of treats for BanBan, Schnauzer, Sweetheart and Puffy.

11.18am: Walked aimlessly. Found a shop selling cute clothes. I have to try it on!

11.20am: I love it! But the stupid boss of the shop was no where to be found! @#$%&^ Hung it back on the clothes rack. *(&*&%^

12.14pm: Bought a pair of hot pink sneakers, a hairband and some tank tops.

12.46pm: Enough of the unbearable heat! Stay any longer and I will be dripping sweat on the road... Bought a cute "watermelon" fan and new Paris Hilton shades on my way out.

1.00pm: Finally got a taxi! Next up to Baiyoke Garment Centre... BenBen's favourite shopping paradise.

1.23pm: My face still has no traces of oil! Passed BenBen a wet tissue to wipe his oily and sweaty face. Keke... Feeling abit hungry...

1.38pm: Caught in a slight jam... hungryyyy~

1.40pm: Finally reached Baiyoke Garment Centre! BenBen shopped around and he got me a present! Thanks dear! Keke! He only bought 1 or 2 T-shirts i think.

2.20pm: Saw a bikini shop and went in alone. Nothing caught my eye... Almost couldn't find BenBen when i came out.

3.00pm: Left Baiyoke Garment Centre and walked along the streets. Saw alot of mouth-watering food (Liz's chicken wings, carrot-cake-look-alike, Eleen's grilled sotong, fruits, etc) sold by the push carts but didn’t dared to try them.

3.20pm: Reached Pratunam Mall. Hungry hungry! Went to find a friend who owns one of the shop.

4.00pm: Can't believe i haven had my lunch! Went to the food court at the top most level and waited while BenBen bought food for us. I am so lazy.

4.15pm: We had claypot pork stew soup with beehoon, chicken rice, green curry, tung hoon salad, ice-lemon tea, coke and glutinous rice with tapioca and coconut milk for lunch!

5.00pm: Left the food paradise and shopped for shoes!

5.15pm: No pretty heels. Only managed to buy a pair sandals. BenBen chose it for me!

6.00pm: Bought a few random dresses and lugged my shopping bag around Pratunam. It is already almost the end of the day and I still don’t feel a need to blot of wipe off oily patches from my face!

6.45pm: Decided to head back our hotel for a rest. My feet were killing me!

6.50pm: Opened my fridge hurriedly and took out the Pepsi Green we bought. Slurpppp~ chilllll...

7.00pm: Cam-whore time! And my make-up was still intact after the long day! BenBen seems a lil' impatient seeing me cam-whore tho. Keke...

7.10pm: All thanks to my Ettusais Acne T-zone Oil Block Gel that kept my face fresh and oil-free the whole day!

7.12pm: Thank you Ettusais!

7.15pm: Totally knocked out.
