Merry Belated Christmas!

Haha, i know i am super late... even my New Year post is up ready lo. Haha, bo bian la, cuz i celebrated 4days of Christmas with all my loved ones den too many photos le! Took a long time to collect all... Oh well.... nm, here comes my exciting 4 days of Christmas!!!!


Party Number 1: With my Beloved Lovelies, including BenBen!

The Girls decided on high-class pot-luck at Wanqing aka QQ aka Minnie Mouse's Safari Condo! BenBen and I spent the whole week racking our brains to invent creative names for our food that we are going to bring. Haha, in the end we decided on BenBen's Cockadoo Yipi Ya Ya Chicken Wings from Grandmother's Recipe with a Dash of Char Siew Sauce and my Spanish Iglesias Penelope Bull-Battered Rice that was too complicated to make for a beginner chef like me so in the end we ended up replacing the rice with Creamy Spaghetti... boring...

3. Cockadoo Yipi Ya Ya Chicken Wings from Grandmother's Recipe with a dash of Char Siew Sauce
4. Mussels with Dill and Carpers steamed with White Wine

2. Roast Christmas Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing
3. Creamy (that turned out to be super salty) Italiano Spaghetti
4. Spilt Sausages with Caramelized Onions and Cheese Topping
5. Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bundle (which Liz last min named it Pi Pork Pi Pork Chunky As)
6. Stuffed Sotong
7. Beer Buttered Prawns

Dessert:
1. Raffles the Plaza Chocolate Crispy Classic Christmas Log cake
2. Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice-cream
3. Chocolate Fondue with Fruits

Drinks:
1. Brazilian Rum Cocktail
2. Les Tours De Beaumont Haut-Medoc 2003
3. Wolf Blass Bilyara Shiraz 2007



We suspected someone secretly drank our wine cuz there're so lil to pass around! Cant even last thro the night... bah~

We drank it without any mixers... GROSS!




Cmf is poisonous ok! The next day most of us suffered from throat inflammation! Surely is kanna burnt la! GROSS!

Party Number 2: With the BKK/ Clubbing/ Zoukers Group!!!


Went Amici @ Holland Village for some authentic Italiano food with the Zoukers! Pam came up with "A White Christmas" theme so we were all dressed as angels (except Edwin la! WHY?!) and we acted like angels and spoke and ate like angels... Ok, i m crapping... we were just plainly dressed in white... -_- bo liao~


Yummy pizza at the Amici but i thk their standard dropped...

Dinner's always nice with BenBen around! (only when he treats ok...)

Party Number 3: Countdown to Xmas with BenBen alone!

My Christmas pressie from BenBen was a Creative Red MP3 (that Alfin Boy kept imagining its his) and lotsa love from him everyday!

We went to roam around the street of Orchard Road, got sprayed by artificial snow, toes trampled on, shoulders bumped against, (i smsed CR), and counted down tgt outside Alley Bar! Haha, i haven been doing that since Secondary so i say its definitely an experience... oh sure...

Party Number 4: With Vivien and BenBen!

Went for a sumptuous Ala-Carte Japanese Buffet with Viv and BenBen! All in all, we ate alot... yes... but company's great! and of cuz, food's good too! Yummmmm~ Cost about $48 per pax and of cuz i ate lotsa salmon sashimiiiii. Hee...

We had so many rounds! Luckily got 3 of us else cant finish all...

And we cam-whored when Ms Vivien took half-time break half way thro dinner...

After the super full dinner, we cant even walk... so took a cab and headed down to Viv's condo for wine! Eleen and Stanley were bowling so din join us =( So in the end we watched tv, flipped thro old photos that ought to be burnt, drank wine and slacked on her sofa until its time for her to slp!
